"I like explaining the retirement savings options available for school employees who are close to retiring and to those who have just started saving. Many Members have never received any guidance on how to save for retirement while others have existing plans that they don't understand or even knew existed. Planning for retirement can be an overwhelming task and I like to provide reassurance that I will help them every step of the way."

In his spare time, Flavio enjoys spending time with his family, and watching and playing sports.
